Harvest 2025, bottled in small batches. Raw Mountain Blossom honey from the Bingöl highlands in eastern Türkiye, around 2,000 metres up. One region, one harvest, nothing blended in. Sourced through the Bingöl Beekeepers Association and traceable to the beekeeper.

Why it's different

• Lab-tested by Bingöl University. Diastase 32.3 (legal minimum 8). HMF 10.5 mg/kg (legal maximum 40). Sucrose not detected. Scan the QR code on the jar to read the report in English.
• Raw, unfiltered, unpasteurised. Never heated, nothing added, nothing blended.

Awards. Our Çapakçur honey from the Bingöl beekeepers: Gold Quality Award, London Honey Quality Competition 2022 · Gold Award, Paris International Honey Awards 2023. The awards were for earlier harvests, not Harvest 2025.

How to use it

On buttered toast, porridge or yoghurt, stirred into warm (not boiling) tea, or over a strong cheese. It may crystallise. That is natural, not a fault. Stand the jar in warm water to loosen it.
