You've been paying for the name, not the honey.
Raw honey from Bingöl, the region with more flower species than anywhere else in Turkey. Unfiltered, unpasteurised, university lab-tested. Read the label and decide for yourself.
Famous names come with famous price tags.
Some honeys are famous. Ours comes from one of the most botanically diverse regions on earth, and it's priced for what's in the jar, not the name on the label.
Read the label, scan the lab analysis, taste it, then decide.

Bought by benefit, not by brand.
Raw honey keeps the enzymes, pollen and antioxidants that heat and filtering strip out. Here's where people put it to work.

Immunity
Raw, unfiltered honey keeps the natural enzymes and pollen that processed honey loses on the production line.

Energy
A clean, natural source of fuel. Take a spoonful before training or in place of refined sugar, without the crash.

Gut health
Naturally occurring prebiotics and antioxidants, the way bees made it, with nothing filtered out.

Skin
Used topically for centuries. The enzymes stay active because nothing has been filtered out. Same jar, more than one use.
What's actually in the jar.
Most honey hides behind a brand. Here's ours, gram for gram. Nothing added, nothing filtered out.
Clean, natural fuel. A spoonful before training, or in place of refined sugar in your coffee.
Blossom sugars: the fructose and glucose your body recognises. No glucose syrup, no fillers.
A trace, exactly as raw honey should read. We don't round the figures up.
A trace mineral carried straight from the wild Bingöl flora.
It survives in the jar because the honey is never heated.
Naturally low. Nothing is added once it leaves the hive.
Present in tiny amounts, just as the bees made it.
Naturally occurring riboflavin, the kind heat and filtering strip out.
A trace of vitamin C, a small sign it reached you raw.
Approximate values, per 100 g.

Breakfast, upgraded
Over hot buttered toast, stirred through porridge, or dolloped on thick yoghurt with walnuts. The floral sharpness wakes everything up.
The cheese board move
A drizzle over aged cheddar, manchego or blue cheese. It's the dinner-party trick guests always ask about.
Tea & training
A spoonful in warm (not boiling) tea, or straight off the spoon before a run. It fuels you without the sugar crash.

Ranked #2 honey in the world in independent quality analysis
- Bingöl University lab-verified every batch
- Geographical Indication protected origin
- Holographic label authenticity guarantee
One place. One harvest. No blending.
Our partner apiary has been producing honey in Bingöl since 1970, through one of Turkey's oldest honey operations. The highlands sit at over 2,000 metres, with more flower species per hectare than anywhere else in Turkey. That includes 109 species found nowhere else on earth, among them wild blackthorn and Astragalus imbricatus, which give the honey its sharp, lasting aroma and dark amber colour.
Every batch is sourced through the Bingöl Beekeepers Association, traceable to individual beekeepers, then lab-analysed by Bingöl University. Scan the QR code on the jar and you get the actual analysis for that batch, not a generic certificate. Bingöl honey holds Turkey's only Geographical Indication for honey, the same protection as Champagne or Parma ham.

Wild forage
Bees work the high meadows of Bingöl, over 1,000 flowering species at 2,000 metres.

Cold extraction
Honey is spun from the comb at ambient temperature. Never heated, never pasteurised.

Lab analysis
Every batch tested under Bingöl University's protocol. The results go on your jar's QR code.

Straight to jar
Coarse-strained for wax only, pollen and enzymes intact, then sealed and shipped to the UK.
Every jar carries its own lab report.
The QR code on your label opens the independent analysis for your honey, run by Bingöl University's accredited lab. You get the actual numbers for your batch, translated into plain English.
