## Shipping policy
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
**Rates**
- Standard delivery: £3.95 on orders under £30.
- Free standard delivery on orders of £30 or more.
- Express delivery: £6.99.
**Dispatch times**
Founder pre-orders placed before launch are dispatched in launch week, week commencing 13 July 2026. You will get a tracking link by email when your order is on its way.
After launch, we dispatch orders [POST-LAUNCH DISPATCH: within 2 working days]. Standard delivery then typically arrives within 3 to 5 working days, and express within 1 to 2 working days, once dispatched.
**Tracking**
Orders are sent tracked. Your dispatch email contains the tracking link.
**If something goes wrong**
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or it turns up damaged, email hello@honeycraft.co.uk and we will make it right. See our refund and returns policy for damaged or faulty items.
**Address changes**
If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible. We can only change it before the order is dispatched.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
**Orders and contract**
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order, but the contract between us is formed only when we dispatch the goods, or for pre-orders when we confirm your reservation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there has been a pricing error, in which case we refund you in full.
**Pricing and payment**
Prices are in pounds sterling and include any applicable tax. Founder pre-order pricing is a temporary introductory price for a limited number of jars and may end at any time or when the founder batch sells out. Payment is taken at checkout. We take reasonable care to price correctly, but if we spot an obvious error we will contact you before dispatch and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
**Availability**
The founder batch is limited to the stated number of jars. Once they are gone, that price is no longer available.
**Your rights**
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our refund and returns policy and shipping policy, which form part of these terms.
**Product information**
We describe our honey as accurately as we can, including the independent laboratory results linked from each batch. Natural variation in colour, texture, and crystallisation is normal and is not a fault. Crystallised honey can be returned to liquid by standing the jar in warm water.
**Acceptable use and intellectual property**
The content on this site, including text, images, and the Honeycraft name and branding, belongs to us or our suppliers and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our permission. Please do not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with how it works.
**Our liability**
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your own misuse of a product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
**Governing law**
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.

If something has gone wrong, email hello@honeycraft.co.uk. We aim to resolve complaints within one working day and will always try to put things right.
