Shipping policy

We deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Rates

• Free tracked standard delivery on orders of £25 or more (2 to 4 working days).
• Standard delivery £3.95 on orders under £25 (tracked, 2 to 4 working days).
• Express delivery £6.99 (1 to 2 working days).

Dispatch

Order before 2pm Monday to Friday and we dispatch the same day. Orders after that go out the next working day. Your dispatch email includes the tracking link, and that email also confirms our contract (see our Terms of service, section 3).

If something goes wrong

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email hello@honeycraft.co.uk with your order number and we'll put it right. See our Refund policy.

Changing your address

Contact us as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order is dispatched.
