These terms apply to purchases from www.honeycraft.co.uk, operated by Honeycraft LTD, 45 Albemarle Street, 3rd Floor, London, W1S 4JL (company number: 17034988). Contact: hello@honeycraft.co.uk.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we email dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders where stock, pricing errors or delivery limitations require it, and anything already paid will be refunded in full.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Honeycraft LTD is not VAT-registered; no VAT is charged or shown. Payment is taken at checkout via the payment methods displayed (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Promotional prices (including the founder batch price) apply only for the period and quantity stated. The founder price is limited to the first 500 jars and ends when they sell out.

Returns

Products

Honey is a natural product; colour, texture and crystallisation vary between batches. Not suitable for infants under 12 months. Product images are illustrative.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your order applies.
